As an independent publisher, DL Mullan has published over twenty publications from novels, short fiction stories, chapbooks, and long form poems through her Sonoran Dawn Studios publishing house. From the initial conception of a creative idea to writing, editing, formatting, layout, cover art, and the overall design, Ms. Mullan remains steadfast on maintaining quality standards and raising the bar of expectations from independent creators. 

 

She also assists other authors and publishers with their creative needs from cover art, design, interior illustrations, and video presentations. As an award winning digital artist, as well as education and experience in digital media, DL Mullan strives to rise above the fray. 

One publication at a time, she expects to change opinions about what it means to be an independent, self-publisher, as a creator and publisher outside of the large publishing house monopoly.
